USE OF SUBMISSIONS FOR MARKETING PURPOSES

By using our services, you consent to our use, or the use by our third-party marketing providers, of the items you have submitted to us whether in raw form, which was sent to you by Canadian Acrylic Display, or in final form (i.e. our acrylic cases) for the purpose of marketing our products and services on our website, on various social media platforms or other websites, at toy shows or comic book conventions or otherwise. Although we may photograph or take videos of objects we have the privilege of working with, we will never disclose the identity of the owner of these objects to anyone.

RETURN POLICY

At Canadian Acrylic Display, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction with the quality of our products and the level of service we provide. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, please review our return policy.

Custom acrylic case: All custom acrylic cases made to your personalized specifications are non-returnable, unless a manufacturing error has occurred. If we make a mistake in the manufacture of your custom case, we will gladly replace it at no extra charge.

Certified items: All items subject to certification are considered custom items and cannot be returned unless there are defects in the manufacture of the acrylic case.

If you wish to return an item, please call or e-mail us with your invoice number and the reason for the return. One of our customer service representatives will contact you.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless Canadian Acrylic has determined that the return is based on a defective product, in which case the company will pay the return shipping charges. We recommend that you use tracking and insurance on all returned items as we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of a returned item during return shipping. Once your item is returned, we will process your refund usually within 7 business days less original shipping and/or service charges.
